Amazed! I spent most of the morning running a bladder jet and hose down my kitchen plumbing in an attempt to clear a clog. After many messy tries, I admitted defeat. With just 1 call to Burton Plumbing - my mission criticality was respected, my military background appreciated and two highly trained experts drove over to my house and brought 100 foot of snake to the fight which combined with their expertise was enough to defeat the clog and return function to my house. All while they kept the mess minimal and my children educated. As a veteran I realize most companies seem to forget their promises written on their website about being veteran friendly. I am proud to report they very much considered the entire need of the moment, the sacrifices my family made so I could support our country and they fixed the problem and taught us how to avoid a future need.

Burton’s plumbing did a full re plumbing, very reasonable cost and professional. This business has EXPERIENCED plumbers that show up AND do the job. They were done in one day and the access in the walls was minimal. They also don’t leave you high and dry to deal with the walls. They follow through all the way! Thank you guys! Matt from Burton Plumbing came out to diagnose our leaking shower on the same day that I called. A part had to be ordered to replace the cartridge. Matt had the part the very next day and installed it solving the problem.

We had an issue with our guest toilet not flushing. The owner himself came out the afternoon I called and got the issue diagnosed and fixed in no time at all. Great work by people who care. Highly recommend!

I had a root intrusion into my sewer line resulting in a total blockage. I had called another plumber to clear the blockage and quote on the fix. They wanted me to remove a massive royal palm tree that is like the highlight of my front yard and said there was no other way then to do a whole new line, which was going to be a major cost. I decided to get a second opinion and came across Burton and thank goodness I did. Kimball was the plumber that came out and I paid for another camera inspection (this was applied to the repair cost) to get the 2nd opinion and much to my surprise he showed that the affected area stopped before the tree and was confident they could fix it without issue at a fraction of the cost of running a new line or what the other plumper quoted with the tree removed, and worse case would be a little more to divert around my tree and certainly no reason to remove it. I agreed to the repair estimate and they came out the following Monday with 2 guys Matt and Kimball who worked hard all morning in some crazy heat and got it done. They were very polite and respectful , left no mess at all, and double checked the repair and all was done above and beyond. They used a higher grade sewer pipe for the repair and even put salt around the joints to stop future roots from intruding. I am incredibly happy I called Burton and will definitely be using them for now on as my go to for their honesty on work and very fair prices. I would suggest you give them a call as its hard nowadays to find such great service professionals. Also Cathy in the dispatch was very nice and incredibly helpful when discussing the issue and helping to get someone schedule to come out and for the repair.

New sink installed. PVC drain under sink was leaking. They explained the problem, gave me a price, and did an excellent repair.

It turned out more complex then expected(due to age of pipes)but mamagement honored the quote I was given first. I will use Burton Plumbing as my go to for all my plumbing needs.

Some months ago, I contacted Burton Plumbing concerning an issue with our garbage disposal. Over the phone, I was immediately given tips by Jennifer, which resolved the problem at no cost to us. I knew then I'd call them for any future issues! When we recently ran into a similar issue, they were just as responsive and scheduled us immediately. From there, Kimball was able to arrive even earlier than scheduled at our convenience. After troubleshooting, he was also very transparent about what our options were. Overall, their customer service and professionalism from beginning to end was top notch, you won't be disappointed!
